JOSEPH THOMAS FRADA WAS WALKING ACROSS THE STREET and WAS CRASHED INTO and DRAGGED BY A CAR DRIVEN BY

PITTSFIELD, MA Decades Long HEROIN 💉ADDICTS &/ CRIMINALS 🔫

STEPHANIE CATHERINE CAPORALE a/k/a HAMBELTON, 45 (Pittsfield and Dalton, MA/fled the state to Knoxville, TN) after she just picked up her alleged Brien Center prescribed "opioid derivative drugs" from RITE AID,

AND CIARA BERKELEY WHO FLED THE SCENE (*Stephanie Caporale a/k/a Hambelton concealed this info from Police until Caporale was confronted months later with a videotape evidence of Ciara Berkeley's crime of fleeing.)

AND UNKNOWN CO-ACTORS in a CAR OWNED BY TARA LYNN GREENBUSH (Dalton, MA).

STEPHANIE CAPORALE a/k/a HAMBELTON was NEVER ARRESTED BY PITTSFIELD POLICE for killing Joe or for LYING to Police about CIARA BERKELEY fleeing the scene. Because of that, [click link]: only 6 weeks later in November 2019, Caporale committed another targeted crash under the influence of  HEROIN/FENTANYL IN DALTON, MA. This time, Caporale was arrested by DALTON POLICE and sent to The Brien Center (Pittsfield, MA) for DRUG REHAB, no jail, no mention of her killing Joe. She was given guardianship of a 5 year old in court proceedings before [click link]: Judge David Dacyczyn (Berkshire Probate & Family Court, MA) from when she killed Joe 2019-to this day. STILL NO ARREST BY PITTSFIELD POLICE for Joe's death despite PITTSFIELD POLICE [Click link]:(Brennan Stockton) being called to CAPORALE's hospital bedside by an off-duty [Click link]:Sherriff Deputy RUSSELL MOODY working security at the hospital at the time of subsequent Nov. 17, 2019 DALTON, MA

CIARA BERKELEY,  despite being in a nurse's aide program at the time of the crash, a video proved she did not offer aid, did not call 911, but just walked up to Joe on the pavement after their car dragged him down the street, and she immediately fled. [click link]: THE PITTSFIELD POLICE (Michael J. Silver/Marc Maddalena/Michael Wynn) NEVER EVEN INTERVIEWED HER, even with uncontroverted evidence she committed the crime of fleeing the scene.

TARA LYNN GREENBUSH alleged owner of the car was NEVER INTERVIEWED BY PITTSFIELD POLICE.

This crime happened on Columbus Road and North Street near the Pittsfield, MA AMTRAK/BUS Station (the Joseph Scelsi Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC)) across from the Pittsfield, MA FIREHOUSE. *PITTSFIELD (MA) POLICE REFUSE TO RELEASE ALL VIDEOS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PRESERVED.​

There were NO NEWSPAPER/PRESS ARTICLES about the Crash/Hit and Run, no notification to NEXT of KIN, NO OBITUARY, and absolutely NO ADEQUATE POLICE INVESTIGATION (e.g., UNSIGNED INCIDENT REPORTS, NO INTERVIEWS WITH CIARA BERKELEY or TARA LYNN GREENBUSH, NO DRUG TESTS OF KNOWN HEROIN/FENTANYL ADDICT STEPHANIE CAPORALE, etc.) by the Pittsfield, MA Police Department: Chief Michael Wynn-who was appointed in April 2021 to the Massachusetts STATE Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Commission that investigates POLICE MISCONDUCT, [click link]: Sergeant Marc Maddalena, Police Officer Michael J.
