Pittsfield, MA Police Officer Michael J. Silver has 3 minute 'interview' with Heroin/Fentanyl addict and killer of Joe...Stephanie Caporale a/k/a Hambelton at her dining room table 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is what is considered a 'police investigation'? It's 18 days after decades long Heroin/Fentanyl Addict and serial Assault to Murder by Car offender STEPHANIE CAPORALE a/k/a/ Hambelton, 41, at the time (b. 1978), crashed into and dragged our 82 year family member Joseph Frada as he was crossing the street in Pittsfield, Massachusetts (the #4 city in the U.S.A. for drug addicts). And, 11 days after Joe died in the hospital.

This redacted 3:42 minute 'interview' which apparently Stephanie Caporale 'invited' Pittsfield Police Officer Michael J. Silver into her living room for 'her' interview regarding her wrongful killing of Joe, took place allegedly on October 21, 2019. Pittsfield Police Officer Michael J. Silver fails to mention the full date i.e., year.

How were you able to "determine" that Pittsfield (MA) Police Officer Michael J. Silver when the killer Stephanie Caporale a/k/a Hambelton - "known to you" - admitted that one of the first things she did was to tamper with evidence at the crime scene: Caporale ran and REMOVED JOE'S SHOE from its original location that flew off of him as Caporale and her fellow drug addict also in the vehicle CIARA BERKELEY mowed Joe down in the street as Caporale and Berkeley were returning from Rite Aid after picking up their Heroin/Opioid derivative drugs prescribed by the City of Pittsfield (MA) and State of Massachusetts sanctioned drug dealer/distributer: [click link]: THE BRIEN CENTER (dealing opioids for decades for drug addicts, by drug addicts, and run by drug addicts).

• Documents prove that P.O. Michael J. Silver never interviewed ANY WITNESSES AT THE SCENE.

• Heroin/Fentanyl Addict Stephanie Caporale also failed to state in this 'interview' that SHE REMOVED JOE'S SHOE FROM THE STREET - a SHOE that Joe was slammed out of when Stephanie Caporale and Ciara Berkeley slammed into him and which would show where Joe was when Caporale crashed into him and dragged him - and Caporale took it to the sidewalk.

• Despite VIDEO CAMERAS recording the scene of Caporale's crash into Joe, the PITTSFIELD (MA) POLICE DEPARTMENT refuses for two years to disclose the videotapes to the family members despite numerous public records requests.

• Joe's killer Stephanie Caporale concealed in this purported second 'interview' that CIARA BERKELEY fled the scene.

• P.O. Michael Silver alleges to have conducted an 'interview' with Stephanie Caporale at the scene? There are no recorded statements, no drug tests were taken of this known to Pittsfield (MA) Police Department decades long Heroin Addict and repeat offender, despite drug tests being mandatory when a car crash results in serious bodily injury and/or death.

• P.O. Michael J. SILVER didn't bring Stephanie Caporale to the police station when her actions caused serious bodily injury and death.

• Heroin/Fentanyl Addict STEPHANIE CAPORALE a/k/a HAMBELTON continues to lie in this 'interview' about the fact that there was at least one other person in the car: Caporale concealed the fact that CIARA BERKELEY, a "nurse's aide" student at the time at Berkshire Community College, left the vehicle and FLED THE SCENE...with the drugs that were just picked up at Rite Aid?

• P.O. Michael J. Silver asks Heroin/Fentanyl Addict and Serial Assault to Murder by Car offender Stephanie Caporale if the owner of the car TARA LYNN GREENBUSH knew about the accident and gave her authorization to use the vehicle. Was TARA LYNN GREENBUSH in the vehicle, too, and fled?

• P.O. Michael J. Silver NEVER interviewed TARA LYNN GREENBUSH, the owner of the vehicle driven by Caporale when she crashed into Joe, despite the fact that Stephanie Caporale a/k/a Hambelton has a criminal record and history of unauthorized use of vehicles.

• P.O. Michael J. Silver said he "couldn't find" Caporale's co-actor and fellow drug addict CIARA BERKELEY to interview her when videotape evidence showed Berkeley fleeing the scene....CIARA BERKELEY's mother Kelly T. Williams is a frequent commenter on the Pittsfield (MA) Police Department Facebook page.; CIARA BERKELEY was in the Berkshire Probate and Family Court at the same time attempting to get child support from a baby daddy who was just released from prison for distributing drugs around a school and was arrested again for possession of drugs while in a vehicle only 5 weeks prior to Berkeley and Caporale's homicide of Joe; and Berkeley was featured in a photo spread along with her baby daddy and her mother regarding her toddler getting Covid. So hard to find Pittsfield (MA) Police Department?

• In an April 10, 2021 UNSIGNED by anyone 'amended crash report' [A YEAR AND A HALF LATER] purportedly amended or created for the first time upon Joe's family's demands to the Pittsfield (MA) Police Department for documents related to the case, P.O. Michael J. Silver claims to have had a 'subsequent interview' with Heroin/Fentanyl Addict and Joe's killer Stephanie Caporale in which Caporale finally admitted that CIARA BERKELEY fled the scene when P.O. Silver told her the video showed Berkeley; but, no dates of such interview, nor recordings of any statements which is standard procedure were disclosed.

• Even when Stephanie Caporale a/k/a Hambelton did the exact same thing (intentionally crashed aiming at another person with a car to kill) 6 weeks later on November 17, 2019 with the Caporale's target(s) surviving this time, Caporale was arrested by Dalton (MA) Police Department for possession of Heroin and Fentanyl, and even though Pittsfield (MA) Police Department (P.O. Brennan Stockton) were called to Caporale's hospital bed, by Berkshire County Sherriff Russell Moody doing private security at Berkshire Medical Center, Pittsfield Police Officer Michael J. Silver STILL DID NOT investigate and arrest Stephanie Caporale a/k/a Hambelton for her killing of Joe....AND Pittsfield (MA) Police Department did not even make a report of Pittsfield (MA) Police Officer Brennan Stockton's arrival and time at the hospital where Caporale was transferred for her second heroin related car crash in the fall of 2019.
